Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, accommodation for tourist purposes is prohibited until 18 April 2021. After that date, there may be further restrictions, especially on tourist accommodation and travel. Hygiene Rules in the CPH Top Hotel Krämer

We look forward to your visit and would like to ask you to comply with the following hygiene rules while you are a guest in our hotel:

• Please keep a safe distance of 1.5 meters, or even 2 meters if possible
  
• Wear a mask or scarf to cover your mouth and nose if you cannot keep the required distance
• Remember to wash your hands thoroughly and regularly and be respectful to others when coughing or sneezing
• Only use elevators alone, or with one other person at the most
• Ventilate your room regularly and tilt your room window before departure

Please let our staff know if we are allowed to clean your room during longer stays, or if – due to the current situation – you prefer no staff member to enter your room. If you have forgotten a cover for your mouth and nose, please ask at the reception to receive one.

You will find disinfectant liquid and/or disinfectant wipes in our public areas. In line with the current situation, we have adjusted our service processes in our breakfast area.

To ensure the required hygienic standards, we have removed all items that are not urgently needed from your room. If you require something, our reception staff will be happy to help you.

Rest assured that we will do everything we can ensure a pleasant and safe stay in our hotel with appropriate hygiene standards and cleaning routines.
