CONTACT POSSIBILITIES

Data transmitted via e-mail and contact form, including your contact data, will be stored in order to be able to process your enquiry or to be available for follow-up questions. Personal data that we request in connection with a room booking will only be processed for the purpose of contract processing. This data will not be passed on without your consent. This data is only stored for as long as is necessary for the respective correspondence. The data entered in the contact form will be processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). Personal data requested by us in connection with a room booking will only be stored as long as this is necessary for contract processing and any subsequent contract-related correspondence or, in the case of documents relevant under commercial and/or tax law that contain personal data, as long as the statutory deadline of the German Commercial Code and the tax regulations provides for the safekeeping of these documents. A revocation of your already given consent is possible at any time. An informal notification by e-mail is sufficient for the revocation. The legality of the data processing processes carried out up to the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation. LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA IN CONNECTION WITH BOOKING A ROOM

Personal data processed in connection with a room booking are required to fulfil the relevant contract, Article 6 DSGVO.

Log files are recorded on the servers via the access of the user of the pages, in particular fixed or dynamic IP address of the calling user, pages accessed, browser type, referrer addresses, access date and access time. We can access this data. The data contained in the log files are used exclusively for statistical purposes. Unless required by law, the user is not identified.

USE OF THE ONLINE BOOKING TOOL DIRS21 FROM TOURONLINE AG

It may happen that third party content is integrated into our website.
